Project Manager — Interiors Execution

ABOUT US

Schedio Architects is a Hyderabad-based architecture and interior

design practice led by Ar. Sanjana Reddy — 79 completed projects

over 8+ years across residential, hospitality, corporate and retail.

We design and execute turnkey, with 15+ live projects at any time.

THE ROLE

You will own execution across our live portfolio. Site supervisors

report to you. You are the decision-maker between the design studio

and the sites — not a coordinator passing messages, but the person

who resolves site issues and keeps projects on programme and on

budget without escalation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own delivery across 10-15 live interiors projects — programme,

cost, quality, handover

• Lead and review the site supervisor team; set standards and

inspection routines

• Prepare and agree project programmes; drive trade sequencing and

hold points

• Joint measurement and certification of vendor bills; resolve

vendor rate and quantity claims

• Raise and track variations and client stage billing with our

accounts team

• Run vendor selection and negotiation alongside our vendor panel

• Quality control, snag lists and closure to handover





• Client communication on site matters — progress, approvals,

selections due

• Weekly reporting: project status, cost position, risks

REQUIREMENTS

• B.Arch / B.E. Civil / Diploma Civil, or equivalent site experience

• 5+ years running INTERIORS OR CONSTRUCTION EXECUTION — turnkey

interiors, fit-out contracting, or residential construction

• Hands-on with BOQs, rate analysis, joint measurement and RA

billing. This is essential, not preferred

• Experience managing trade contractors: carpentry, electrical,

plumbing, painting, false ceiling, stone and tiling

• Able to read and resolve GFC drawings and service coordination

• Telugu, plus English or Hindi

• Comfortable making decisions on site and defending them

WHO THIS IS NOT FOR

Candidates whose experience is design coordination, drawing

production or client presentation. We have a design team. This role

is about building what they draw, on time and on budget.

POSITIVE TO HAVE

• Commercial fit-out background (office interiors)

• Works contract GST familiarity

• Experience introducing systems — trackers, checklists, reporting
