Job Title: Team Leader

Work Locations: Madurai, Virudhunagar, Thoothukudi, Tirunelveli, Kanyakumari

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience & performance)

Key Responsibilities

- Lead & manage the team effectively
- Achieve team targets and business goals
- Monitor team performance & productivity
- Train, motivate and support team members
- Handle customer / business Merchants
- Prepare performance reports & MIS
- Ensure process and compliance standards are followed

Eligibility

12th , Any diploma & degree

- Relevant Team Handling / Sales / Operations experience preferred
- Good Communication Skills
- Strong Leadership & Team Management Skills
- Banking / BFSI / FinTech / Telecom experience will be an added advantage
