Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, Rebonding, smoothening, and treatments.
- Conduct client consultations to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles and treatments
- Ensure high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in the work area
- Stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products
- Handle premium/regular clients with professionalism and build long-term relationships
- Assist in training junior staff and guiding team members when required
- Manage appointments efficiently and ensure timely service delivery
- Upsell salon products and services to enhance customer experience and revenue
Skills & Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Hair Dresser or Hair Stylist
- Expertise in hair cutting, coloring, chemical treatments, and styling
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Knowledge of modern hair trends and techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Hair Styling / Cosmetology
- Experience in reputed salons or premium brands
