* Study Electrical tender documents, drawings and BOQs for HT/LT Electrical packages and prepare complete, compliant bids
* Do quantity take-offs and build rates from first principles rather than copying last year’s numbers
* Float RFQs, negotiate with vendors and prepare comparative statements before submission
* Maintain our rate database across cables, switchgear, tray and accessories
* Represent Swan in pre-bid meetings, technical clarifications and commercial negotiations with consultants, PMCs and clients
* Build and maintain relationships with developers, hotel operators, architects and MEP consultants, and open current accounts through empanelment and prequalification.
