Role Description The Web Content Manager intern will support the planning, creation, and maintenance of content across HK Technical’s educational and creative websites. This remote internship role involves coordinating and publishing web content, updating pages, and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and user experience best practices.

The intern will assist in organizing study materials, articles, and multimedia resources,



and work closely with subject experts and technical teams to keep content accurate and up to date. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing content strategies, monitoring site performance, helping optimize pages for usability and engagement, and contributing ideas to improve the platform’s overall content structure.

Qualifications

- Ability to manage and organize digital content, including Content Management and Web Content Writing skills.
- Experience or interest in planning and structuring online resources using Content Strategy .
- Foundational understanding of performance tracking and user behavior through Web Analytics .
- Capability to coordinate tasks and timelines with basic Project Management skills.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfort working in a remote, collaborative environment and managing responsibilities independently.
- Interest or background in education, healthcare, pharmacy, or technology-related fields is an advantage.
- Pursuing or having completed a degree or certification in communications, digital media, computer science, or a related discipline is preferred.
