About Race Digital

Race Digital is a digital marketing agency in Ahmedabad working across SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, web development, and content for a range of client brands. We’re looking for a designer who can move between website design and social/ad creative work.

What You’ll Do

- Design website mockups and landing pages in Figma - homepages, landing pages, multi-page flows - ready for handoff to our development team
- Create social media creatives, carousels, ad creatives, and reels covers for client brands
- Maintain brand consistency across both web and social deliverables, working within client brand kits and style guides
- Collaborate with our marketing and development teams to turn briefs into finished designs on tight timelines
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, balancing website design work with ongoing social/creative output

What We’re Looking For

- Strong portfolio showing both website design and social/ad creative work — not just one or the other
- Proficiency in Figma (auto-layout, components, responsive frames)



for web design
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for graphic/social design
- Understanding of responsive layout principles and how designs translate to development
- Ability to work at agency pace - fast turnarounds without sacrificing brand consistency
- Bonus: basic motion/video skills for Reels and animated posts; familiarity with WordPress/Webflow design conventions

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field.
- Portfolio showcasing your best design work (Mandatory for all applicants).
