About the Role

UPONLY Technologies is looking for a confident, well-connected and result-oriented BD Manager to drive the company's capital-raising initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, research and connect with potential investors, including HNIs, family offices, investor networks and institutions.

- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, industry events and direct outreach.

- Present the company's investment opportunities, including OCDs, CCDs and other convertible instruments.

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospective and existing investors.

- Conduct investor meetings, presentations and detailed discussions.

- Understand investor requirements and coordinate with internal teams to address queries and provide relevant information.

- Negotiate investment terms and proposals in coordination with the leadership team.

- Manage the complete investment cycle from initial discussion to successful closure.

- Maintain and regularly update the investor/prospect pipeline and follow-ups in CRM.

- Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Compliance and Leadership teams for documentation and investor onboarding.





- Stay updated on market trends, investor sentiment and emerging fundraising opportunities.

What We're Looking For

- Experience in wealth management, private banking, investment banking, investment distribution, fundraising or business development is preferred.

- Strong network and relationships with HNIs, family offices, investors or institutional investors will be an advantage.

- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-management skills.

- Solid ability to generate leads, pitch investment opportunities and convert prospects.

- Self-motivated, target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

- Candidates with prior experience in fundraising, structured finance or convertible instruments will have an added advantage.

- Freshers with excellent communication, networking and relationship-building skills are also welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
