Role Description This is a full time hybrid role based in Kolkata, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements.

Wealth

Managers / Chief Managers / Team Leaders will be responsible for acquiring, advising, and managing a portfolio of clients, including individuals, HNIs, and institutions, to deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions. Day-to-day activities include understanding client goals and risk appetite, developing and presenting financial plans, recommending suitable investment and insurance products, and monitoring portfolio performance. The role involves leading client engagement, coordinating with research and product teams, ensuring adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements,



and contributing to business growth targets. Team Leaders and Chief Managers will also mentor and guide team members, foster a collaborative sales and advisory culture, and support strategic initiatives for the wealth management business.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong expertise in Financial Planning to assess client goals, risk profiles, and long-term wealth objectives.
- Candidates should possess solid Investment Management skills to construct, monitor, and rebalance diversified portfolios.
- Candidates should possess deep knowledge of Investments and Finance to evaluate products, market trends, and economic developments.
- Candidates should possess a clear understanding of Insurance solutions to design appropriate protection and risk-cover strategies.
- Relevant academic background in finance, commerce, economics, or business; professional certifications such as CFP, CFA, NISM, or equivalent are an advantage.
- Proven experience in wealth management, private banking, or financial advisory, with a track record of client acquisition and retention.
- Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-management skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
- High standards of ethics, integrity, and compliance orientation, with familiarity with SEBI, AMFI, and IRDAI guidelines.
- Ability to lead teams, collaborate across functions, and work effectively in a hybrid environment based in Kolkata.
