Role Description The Wealth Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mangaluru.

The Wealth

Manager will meet with clients to understand their financial goals, risk profile, and time horizons, and design personalized wealth management plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising on investments, insurance solutions, and long-term financial planning, as well as monitoring portfolios and recommending adjustments based on market developments and client needs. The role involves preparing financial reports and proposals, coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate execution of investment and insurance transactions, and maintaining detailed documentation and compliance records.

The Wealth





Manager will also build and maintain client relationships through regular reviews, proactive communication, and education on financial strategies and products.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Financial Planning and Finance to design comprehensive wealth management strategies and analyze client portfolios.
- Candidates should possess solid Investment Management and Investments skills to evaluate products, construct portfolios, and manage asset allocation in line with client objectives.
- Candidates should possess relevant Insurance knowledge to recommend appropriate protection solutions within overall financial plans.
- Solid analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a disciplined approach to documentation and compliance.
- Excellent communication and relationship-management skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in clear, accessible language.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business, or a related field; professional certifications such as CFP, CFA (or progress toward them) are an advantage.
- Familiarity with financial markets, wealth management products, and regulatory requirements; prior experience in wealth management, financial advisory, or banking is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Mangaluru, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and maintain high ethical and professional standards.
