Veriz Services is looking for an experienced US IT Recruitment Manager to lead and drive a high-performing US staffing team.

Role & responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of 5+ US IT Recruiters
- Drive daily/weekly/monthly team targets and recruiter KPIs
- Manage end-to-end US IT staffing & recruitment
- Handle client requirements and understand hiring needs
- Drive candidate sourcing, screening, submissions and interview coordination
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Monitor recruiter performance, productivity and pipeline
- Train, mentor and develop recruitment team members
- Handle escalations and improve team conversion/closure rates
- Ensure recruiters follow effective sourcing and submission strategies

Preferred candidate profile





- 4-6 years of US IT Recruitment experience
- Robust experience in US IT Staffing
- Previous experience managing a recruitment team is preferred
- Strong knowledge of US hiring processes, sourcing and staffing
- Client handling & requirement management experience
- Proven ability to achieve recruitment/team targets
- Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills

Tools & Platforms Experience with JobDiva, Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Ceipal, Bullhorn or similar US staffing platforms.
