Our services include technical and non-technical training, faculty deployment, staffing and recruitment, student admissions, corporate training, and skill-development initiatives.

We are looking for dynamic, experienced, and target-oriented professionals to join our Gwalior office and lead business growth, strategic partnerships, fundraising, and project implementation.

Position 1: General Manager (GM) – Business Operations & Strategic Growth

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the overall operations, team performance, business development, and revenue growth of the Gwalior branch.
- Develop strategic partnerships with colleges, universities, educational institutions, and corporate organizations across India.
- Lead technical and non-technical faculty and trainer deployment through direct and third-party engagement models.
- Manage staffing, recruitment, manpower solutions, client acquisition, and resource deployment.
- Drive retail and online admissions for partner colleges and universities across India.
- Acquire and implement corporate training projects in India and international markets.
- Develop business strategies, monitor revenue, manage client relationships, and achieve assigned targets.
- Lead, motivate, and evaluate teams across business development, admissions, recruitment, training, and operations.
- Prepare business plans, MIS reports, performance dashboards, and growth strategies.
- Identify recent business opportunities and expand the organization's institutional and corporate network.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Graduate or postgraduate in Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Education, HR, or a related discipline.
- Preferably 5+ years of experience in business operations, education management, institutional sales, staffing, recruitment, or corporate training.




- Strong leadership, business development, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Proven ability to acquire clients, manage multiple business verticals, and achieve revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel across India as required.

Position 2: Head – CSR Fundraising, Partnerships & Project Implementation

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop strategic relationships with corporate CSR departments, foundations, funding agencies, NGOs, and philanthropic organizations.
- Identify funding opportunities, acquire CSR projects, and build a sustainable fundraising pipeline.
- Prepare professional CSR proposals, concept notes, project budgets, presentations, and implementation plans.
- Lead ground-level implementation of education, skill development, digital literacy, employability, livelihood, and community-development projects.
- Develop networks with training centres, colleges, universities, placement officers, corporate HR teams, and grassroots organizations.
- Coordinate beneficiary mobilisation, project execution, training delivery, placement linkages, and field operations.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, deliverables, outcomes, and beneficiary impact.
- Manage project documentation, donor reporting, utilisation reports, compliance records, and project evaluations.
- Build partnerships with employers and institutions to create internships, apprenticeship opportunities, and employment pathways.
- Lead project coordinators, field teams, implementation partners, and other stakeholders.
- Achieve assigned fundraising, project acquisition, partnership, and implementation targets.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Graduate or postgraduate in Social Work, Rural Development, Management, Development Studies, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Preferably 5+ years of experience in CSR fundraising, corporate partnerships,



NGO management, project acquisition, or social-sector project implementation.
- Strong connections with corporate CSR teams, foundations, educational institutions, training providers, and employment networks.
- Demonstrated ability to develop funding proposals, secure projects, and manage ground-level implementation.
- Knowledge of project budgeting, monitoring and evaluation, reporting, and applicable CSR compliance requirements.
- Excellent networking, communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Willingness to undertake frequent travel across India.
