Role & responsibilities :

Strategise with the COO + GM Marketing on how to optimally utilize our marketing budgets

Develop a unified approach to the company's overall marketing efforts in collaboration with cross functional teams

Create a growth marketing strategy that is easily executable across all regions

Create BTL campaigns that will be aimed at increasing brand awareness and engaging with existing audiences

Drive all core customer acquisition campaigns run across all regions

Build and develop marketing campaigns to ensure retention of all customers acquired through on ground activation

Compile performance reports to brief executive leadership on marketing initiatives and provide recommendations on improvement strategies.

Find opportunities to rapidly grow customer acquisition through empowering on ground activations with digital tool

Stay on top of the latest trends and emergent issues in our industry (business model changes, current tools,

products, and features

Drive regional teams to gather local market insights and use those insights to frame the overall marketing strategy
