We’re Hiring: Digital Marketing Expert & Content Creator

We are looking for a creative, results-driven professional with hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media marketing, content creation, and video editing to strengthen our online presence and generate quality leads.

Your responsibilities will include

- Paid advertising: Plan, manage, and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, including audience targeting, budgets, remarketing, and conversion tracking.
- Social media management: Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn, with a focus on consistent posting, audience engagement, and growth.
- Content creation: Develop content calendars and write engaging hooks, scripts, captions, blogs, and advertising copy.
- Design and video editing: Create posts, carousels, reels, and promotional videos. Shoot and edit videos with subtitles, audio, transitions, and basic motion graphics.
- SEO: Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis, optimise website content, titles, meta descriptions, headings, and internal links, and identify technical SEO improvements.
- Local SEO: Optimise our Google Business Profile and local listings to improve visibility for relevant local searches.
- Website content: Create useful,



search-friendly service pages and blog content in coordination with our tax and compliance team.
- Performance reporting: Track advertising results, organic traffic, search rankings, conversions, and cost per lead using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and advertising dashboards.
- Lead quality: Coordinate with the sales team to evaluate enquiries and improve campaign results.

Candidates should have:
- Practical experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media marketing, and on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO .
- Robust copywriting, visual storytelling, and video editing skills.
- Proficiency in Canva or Adobe design tools and video editing software such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent.
- The ability to manage deadlines, maintain brand consistency, and turn complex topics into clear, engaging content.

Tamil and English content creation skills are preferred. Experience marketing taxation, accounting, or professional services is an added advantage.
