Position- Assistant Manager

Vacant Location - Kolkata

Role & responsibilities:

- Implement quality control measures to maintain the accuracy and reliability of laboratory results. Conduct regular audits and proficiency testing and address any issues or discrepancies.
- Accountable for improving customer experience and customer retention in labs by developing and mentoring the lab staff experience
- Technical management to manage overall responsibility of the Biochemistry section proficient in Processing patient sample, equipment maintenance and minor troubleshooting
- managing manpower, resolving lab issue.
- .Manage laboratory workflow and processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.




- .Implement cost optimization strategies to manage operations profitably, identifying opportunities for cost-saving measures
- Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule for all laboratory equipment. Coordinate with maintenance technicians or vendors to perform routine maintenance and calibration tasks.
- Complaint handeling.
- Skilled in data analytics & Excel & Power point uses

Preferred candidate profile:
- Qualification: DMLT . BMLT & MBA
- Experience: 4-8 Years
