? We are hiring an AWS Cloud Operations & Support Engineer in Bengaluru!

If you have 6–8 years of hands-on experience driving cloud infrastructure, incident management, and performance optimization for global systems, we’d love to connect.

In this role, you’ll own production troubleshooting, security vulnerability remediation, and continuous AWS cost optimization for a high-scale e-commerce platform live across 150+ countries (tech stack includes AWS, Akamai CDN, AEM, and Java).

Quick Details

Role: AWS Cloud Operations & Support Engineer

Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid — Min. 2 days/week WFO)

Experience: 6 to 8 Years

Pay Scale: ₹160K PM

Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST (Flexibility required for critical SLA incidents & major launches)

Interview Process: L1 (Virtual) ➔ L2 (Face-to-Face)

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Incidents: Lead incident response, conduct RCAs, monitor AWS via CloudWatch, and maintain strict SLAs/SLOs.





Infrastructure & Cost: Deploy/manage AWS compute, storage, networking, and DBs. Execute OS upgrades, patches, and rightsizing for cost efficiency.

Security & Compliance: Remediate vulnerabilities using Qualys/CrowdStrike, manage IAM policies, and support compliance audits.

Reporting: Deliver explicit post-mortems and technical reports to leadership and stakeholders.
