About the Role

We are looking for a friendly and hands-on Water Bar Host to manage the day-to-day Water Bar experience at EARTHY. The role involves beverage preparation, guest interaction, service and maintaining the overall presentation and hygiene of the Water Bar.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare beverages as per recipes and SOPs.
- Manage daily Water Bar preparation, service, stock and closing.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Operate Water Bar and sparkling-water equipment safely.
- Welcome and engage guests with a warm, professional approach.
- Assist with tastings, demonstrations and events.




- Maintain consistency in beverage preparation and service.
- Support beverage shoots and content activities when required.

What We're Looking For

- 1-3 years of experience in F&B;, hospitality, caf, barista or bartending roles.
- Basic knowledge of beverages and beverage preparation.
- Valuable communication and guest-handling skills.
- Well-groomed, attentive and service-oriented.
- Strong discipline with SOPs, hygiene and consistency.
- Willingness to learn and work hands-on.
