Nahar Logistics Park is inviting applications from experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisors for warehouse operations at our Ludhiana location, supporting operations for Nestlé, Daikin, Haier, and LG.

The selected candidates will be responsible for supervising day-to-day warehouse activities, managing warehouse staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring timely inward and outward material movement through SAP and WMS.

We are looking for candidates with practical warehouse experience, strong supervisory skills, and the ability to maintain productivity, accuracy, and operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily warehouse activities, including unloading, receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Allocate daily tasks to warehouse staff and monitor productivity and work quality.
- Ensure accurate recording of inventory movements and transactions in SAP and WMS.
- Monitor stock accuracy and conduct physical stock verification and cycle counts.
- Ensure timely order processing, picking accuracy, and dispatch completion.
- Coordinate with transporters, logistics teams, customer representatives, and internal departments.
- Monitor inbound and outbound activities and resolve routine operational issues.
- Identify and report stock discrepancies, damaged goods, shortages, and excess inventory.
- Maintain warehouse documentation, operational checklists, and daily MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs, safety standards, housekeeping,



and material-handling procedures.
- Guide warehouse staff and ensure adherence to operational targets and work instructions.
- Escalate major operational issues to the Warehouse Incharge or management.
- Support process improvements to enhance productivity, accuracy, and efficiency.

Mandatory Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of relevant warehouse experience.
- Hands-on working knowledge of SAP is mandatory.
- Practical working experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is mandatory.
- Good understanding of inventory control, goods receipt, goods issue, stock transfers, picking, and dispatch operations.
- Experience in FMCG, electronics, consumer durables, or similar warehouse environments will be preferred.
- Strong team supervision, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic MS Excel and warehouse reporting knowledge.
