The Warehouse Picker is responsible for accurately selecting, retrieving, and preparing inventory to fulfill customer orders. This role ensures products are pulled correctly, packed safely, and moved swiftly to despatch area to meet daily picking targets.
- Pulling Orders: Use RF scanners, voice headsets, or pick tickets to locate and retrieve the exact quantities of merchandise.
- Packing & Staging: Build, wrap, and label pallets or bins securely to prepare them for shipping.
- Equipment Use: Safely operate electric pallet jacks, hand trucks, or forklifts (if certified).
- Inventory Accuracy: Report missing items, low stock levels, or damaged merchandise immediately.
- Safety & Maintenance: Keep aisles transparent and follow all OSHA and warehouse safety regulations.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 per month
