Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced professional in Third-Party Logistics (3PL) and Cold Chain Operations to manage transportation, inventory control, and logistics activities across North India. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in transporter management, ERP systems, and ensuring smooth and efficient supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day 3PL and cold chain logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient movement of goods.
- Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners for vehicle placement, shipment tracking, and timely deliveries.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, stock accuracy, and inventory reconciliation.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and transportation of temperature-sensitive products as per cold chain requirements.
- Utilize ERP systems for inventory management, logistics tracking, reporting, and operational data management.
- Coordinate with internal teams, warehouses, and transporters to resolve operational issues.
- Monitor transporter performance, delivery timelines, and service levels.
- Maintain operational reports, inventory records,



and logistics documentation.
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and cold chain handling guidelines.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce logistics costs.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 35 years of relevant experience in 3PL and cold chain logistics operations.
- Hands-on experience in transporter management and coordination.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and stock management.
- Good working knowledge of ERP systems.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive understanding of logistics operations and transportation management across North India.
- Ability to manage multiple operational activities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
