We are looking for an experienced and responsible Warehouse Incharge who can independently manage warehouse operations, maintain accurate inventory records in Ginesys ERP, and coordinate effectively with retail stores and POS operations.

Job Responsibilities

- Manage daily warehouse operations, including material receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Must have hands-on experience working with Ginesys ERP Software and POS Retail Operations.
- Handle inventory management, stock entries, Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), purchase inward, stock transfers, sales dispatches, and returns in Ginesys.
- Have practical knowledge of POS retail operations, including store-wise stock management, retail sales transactions, stock movements, and inter-store stock transfers.
- Ensure accurate stock availability across the warehouse and retail stores, with proper system updates.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system stock.
- Coordinate with Store Managers, Sales, Purchase, Accounts, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth inventory operations.
- Monitor store replenishment, stock transfers, pending dispatches, and material receipts.




- Maintain accurate records of inward, outward, stock transfers, returns, and other inventory transactions.
- Prepare daily stock reports, store-wise inventory reports, and MIS reports using Ginesys ERP and MS Excel.
- Supervise warehouse staff, allocate responsibilities, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Ensure proper stock arrangement, labelling, housekeeping, and discipline within the warehouse.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management.
- Practical working knowledge of Ginesys ERP Software is mandatory.
- Practical knowledge of POS retail operations and retail inventory management is also mandatory.
- Good understanding of store-wise inventory management, stock transfers, and stock reconciliation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory reporting.
- Robust team management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage warehouse operations independently with accuracy and efficiency.
- Responsible, organised, and detail-oriented.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
