Nahar Logistics Park is seeking experienced and result-oriented Warehouse Incharges to manage end-to-end warehouse operations at our Ludhiana location, supporting operations for Nestlé, Daikin, Haier, and LG.

The ideal candidates must have hands-on experience in warehouse management, inventory control, SAP, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). The selected candidates will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, team productivity, and compliance with established warehouse procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, unloading, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Ensure accurate inventory records and timely transactions in SAP and WMS.
- Monitor goods receipt, goods issue, stock transfers, and outbound dispatch activities.
- Oversee physical stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, shortages, excess inventory, and damaged goods.
- Plan manpower requirements and allocate resources to meet operational targets.
- Coordinate with customers, transporters, logistics teams, and internal departments.
- Monitor warehouse productivity, order fulfilment, stock accuracy, and service levels.
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs, safety standards, housekeeping, and inventory control procedures.




- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Take ownership of overall warehouse performance and timely completion of operational activities.

Mandatory Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of relevant warehouse experience.
- Hands-on working knowledge of SAP is mandatory.
- Practical working experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, inward and outward operations, stock reconciliation, and dispatch processes.
- Experience in FMCG, electronics, consumer durables, or similar warehouse operations will be preferred.
- Good leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and warehouse MIS reporting.
