Role & responsibilities

- Ensure inventory accuracy through effective stock control, cycle count adherence, and variance management.

- Ensure timely availability of raw materials to support production and vendor requirements.

- Manage finished goods availability and ensure timely and accurate dispatch to stores and customers.

- Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including GRN, put-away, storage, picking, and dispatch processes.

- Monitor inventory health through effective management of aged, excess, and slow-moving stock.

- Drive cost optimization through productive utilization of warehouse resources, manpower, and storage space.

- Ensure compliance with audit requirements, SOPs, safety standards, and statutory regulations.

- Lead and develop the warehouse team by driving productivity, capability building, and performance management.

- Identify and implement process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and effective stakeholder management.
