Role Description The Warehouse Executive role at RPM Logistics Private Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Sonipat.

The Warehouse

Executive will oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods, while ensuring accurate inventory records and timely order fulfillment.

Responsibilities include coordinating packing and repackaging activities, monitoring stock levels, supporting kitting operations,



and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards. The role involves close collaboration with logistics teams, vendors, and clients to resolve issues, optimize space utilization, and improve process efficiency.

The Warehouse

Executive will also support documentation, reporting, and communication with management regarding operational performance and resource requirements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong warehouse operations skills, including Warehouse Management and Inventory Control.
- Candidates should possess practical skills in Packing and handling repackaging and kitting activities.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills for coordinating with internal teams and clients.
- Relevant experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain operations, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Sonipat, manage shift-based responsibilities, and meet operational deadlines.
- Understanding of safety, quality, and compliance standards within warehouse settings.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory or warehouse management systems.
- Pursing Graduate degree or diploma in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field is preferred.
