Job Title / Position : Warehouse cum Stores Supervisor

Job Location : Vadodara (Waghodia GIDC)

Experience : 3 - 4 Years

Qualification : Undergraduate/Graduate/Post Graduate Diploma

Salary Budget : 3.60 to 4.00 LPA

Job Responsibilities :

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the factory stores and warehouse.
- Receive, inspect, count and record incoming materials against Purchase Orders/Delivery Challans.
- Ensure proper identification, tagging, storage and location of all materials.
- Ensure materials are stored systematically to enable easy identification and retrieval.
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and highlight shortages or excess inventory to management.
- Ensure proper segregation of rejected, damaged, obsolete and excess materials.
- Issue raw materials, packaging materials, accessories and consumables to production against authorized material requisitions.
- Ensure that material issues are properly recorded in the ERP/software/register.
- Coordinate with Production Planning and Production teams to ensure timely availability of required materials.
- Maintain proper records of material consumption and returns from production.
- Ensure unused/excess materials are returned to stores and properly accounted for.
- Ensure finished goods are properly counted, labelled, packed and stored.




- Maintain location-wise and SKU-wise inventory records.
- Ensure proper stock rotation and identification of finished goods.
- Ensure goods are dispatched only against authorized documents.
- Maintain high accuracy between physical stock and system/book stock.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and periodic physical stock verification.
- Ensure proper documentation for all material receipts, issues, transfers and returns.
- Maintain proper warehouse layout and material locations.
- Maintain clean, safe and organized storage areas.
- Implement proper stacking and storage practices.
- Ensure proper aisle clearance and accessibility.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports related to stores and warehousing, accurately and on time.

Required Skills :

- Undergraduate/Graduate/Post Graduate Diploma
- 3-4 Years of functional knowledge of warehouse and stores operations.
- Good understanding of inventory management.
- Ability to maintain accurate stock records.
- Good knowledge of material receiving, issuing, storage and reconciliation.
- Robust organizational and coordination skills.
- Good numerical and analytical ability.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to supervise warehouse/store workers.
