- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of cosmetic products.

- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure regular stock reconciliation and cycle counts.

- Monitor inward and outward stock, GRN entries, stock transfers, and dispatch documentation.

- Ensure timely order fulfillment for distributors, retailers, e-commerce platforms, and other sales channels.

- Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Production, and Logistics teams.

- Implement FIFO/FEFO practices, where applicable, and monitor batch numbers, expiry dates, and product traceability.

- Ensure proper storage, product handling, housekeeping, and safety standards.

- Minimize stock discrepancies, damages, returns, and operational losses.

- Manage warehouse manpower, allocate tasks, and monitor team productivity.

- Prepare daily and monthly MIS reports on inventory, dispatches, stock ageing, damages, and warehouse performance.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable statutory and safety requirements.
