About the Role: We are looking for a highly energetic, self-motivated fresher to join our team as and Warehouse and Operations Executive. You will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring that our warehouse, logistics, quality control, and customer scheduling processes run seamlessly. You will take ownership of the end-to-end daily dispatch cycle, manage inventory software, and ensure high customer satisfaction through timely deliveries and pickups.

Key Responsibilities:

Morning Dispatch & Logistics Operations:

- Manage morning unloading processes and confirm customer availability.
- Oversee the loading of goods as per the delivery order and handle barcode scanning.
- Dispatch vehicles and share customer details and locations with the logistics team via WhatsApp.
- Send delivery team details and vehicle tracking links to customers via WhatsApp.
- Continuously track vehicle locations and monitor delivery timelines throughout the day.

Quality Control (QC) & Warehouse Management:

- Receive returned materials and place them in the QC/service area.
- Thoroughly check, clean, repair, and wrap returned products.
- Ensure products are kept in their respective places and manage physical stock and display.
- Prepare products that are not ready for dispatch.

Inventory & Data Management:

- Maintain inventory trackers by scanning barcodes and checking customer Sales Order (SO) numbers.
- Update tracker sheets with SO numbers, Invoice numbers, and Customer Names.
- Add product names based on barcodes and update the product status as "Ready" or "Damaged".
- Prepare daily tracker sheets for deliveries and returns for the following day.
- Update and maintain data across Excel/Google Sheets trackers, Zoho Books, and Zoho Inventory.

Scheduling & Procurement Planning:

- Schedule next-day deliveries, pickups,



and services by calling customers.
- Optimize routes by aligning nearby customer locations.
- Check material availability and inform the accounts department for procurement if stock is low or unavailable.

Team Management & Recruitment:

- Actively manage the recruitment of delivery executives to support daily dispatch operations.
- Ensure and consistently maintain the minimum required team strength at all times to prevent any logistics or operational delays.

Candidate Requirements & Skills:

- Experience: Freshers who are energetic, proactive, and self-motivated are highly encouraged to apply.
- Local Knowledge: Must have complete knowledge of entire Pune locations.JPG
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using Excel / Google Sheets for maintaining accurate trackers. Basic knowledge or willingness to quickly learn Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory for Sales Orders and inventory maintenance.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers, logistics partners, and internal teams.
- Problem-Solving: Basic handy skills for minor product repairs and a quick-thinking attitude for route optimization.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in barcode scanning, data entry, and quality checking.
- Additional skills required who has a basic understanding of route planning (to save fuel and time for the delivery team) and conflict resolution skills(in case a delivery is delayed or a customer is unavailable).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Wagholi, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
