Job Summary

MSK ELITE RECRUITMENT is looking for Freelance Non-IT Recruiters to support our recruitment requirements across various industries and locations.

The recruiter will be responsible for candidate sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination and follow-up for non-IT positions. The role is suitable for experienced recruiters, independent consultants, HR professionals and individuals with strong candidate networks.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements and job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, databases and personal networks.
- Screen candidates based on qualification, experience, skills, location and salary expectations.
- Conduct initial candidate screening through phone/WhatsApp.
- Shortlist suitable candidates and share CVs with the recruitment team/client.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and selection status.
- Maintain professional communication with candidates and the MSK ELITE RECRUITMENT team.
- Meet agreed sourcing and submission targets.

Non-IT Recruitment Areas Recruiters may work on requirements such as:

Candidate Profile

Preferred Qualifications:

- Any Graduate / Diploma / MBA / HR qualification preferred.
- Prior recruitment or HR experience is an advantage.
- Freshers with robust communication and sourcing skills may also be considered.

- Strong candidate sourcing ability.
- Good knowledge of recruitment processes.
- Ability to screen and evaluate candidates.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Email, Google Sheets/Excel and online recruitment platforms.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented approach.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.

Experience 0–5 years of recruitment experience.

Experienced freelance recruiters with an existing candidate database or recruitment network are especially encouraged to apply.

Freelance / Performance-Based Model

Recruiters can be compensated based on successful recruitment/selection/joining, depending on the specific client requirement.

Payment terms: To be discussed and agreed upon before assignment of the recruitment requirement.
