Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead and manage civil construction, expansion, infrastructure development, and industrial building projects for textile manufacturing facilities. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, resource management, contractor coordination, quality control, and timely completion of projects while leading a team of engineers, supervisors, and contractors.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution

- Plan, organize, and execute civil projects including factory buildings, warehouses, utility blocks, roads, drains, ETP/STP structures, and other infrastructure facilities.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved within agreed timelines.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

Team Leadership
- Lead and manage a team of civil engineers, supervisors, site engineers, and contractors.
- Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Ensure effective manpower utilization and productivity at project sites.

Contractor & Vendor Management
- Evaluate and monitor contractor performance.
- Verify contractor bills and work progress.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and technical specifications.
- Coordinate procurement of construction materials and services.

Quality & Safety Management




- Ensure all construction activities meet quality standards and project specifications.
- Monitor material quality and workmanship.
- Enforce EHS and statutory safety requirements at site.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits.

Budget & Cost Control
- Prepare project estimates, BOQs, and cost projections.
- Monitor project expenditure and control costs within approved budgets.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Coordination & Documentation
- Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, utility, and production departments.
- Maintain project records, drawings, approvals, permits, and reports.
- Submit periodic progress reports to management.

Required Skills
- Expertise in industrial and factory construction projects.
- Strong project management and site execution capabilities.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, and MS Office.
- Excellent contractor management and negotiation skills.
- Robust leadership and team management abilities.
- Sound knowledge of construction practices, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Experience Requirement: 10-18 years in industrial construction projects, preferably in textile manufacturing environments, with proven experience handling and leading project teams. Pay: ₹30,900.00 - ₹56,000.00 per month
