About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Inventory & Warehouse Executive to manage day-to-day stock handling, inventory operations, order picking, packing, and coordination with delivery personnel.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a warehouse environment, handling physical stock, and maintaining accuracy in inventory records.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inbound / Receiving

* Receive incoming stock and verify the quantity and condition of products.
- Check SKU/product details against invoices.
- Identify and report shortages, excess quantities, or damaged products.
- Ensure received stock is properly recorded.

1. Put-away & Storage

* Place products in their correct storage location/bin.
- Maintain proper SKU-wise arrangement of stock.
- Keep the warehouse organized and easy to navigate.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.

1. Inventory Control

* Maintain accuracy between physical stock and system records.
- Conduct weekly and monthly stock counts.
- Track shortages, excess stock, damaged items, and expiry wherever applicable.
- Assist in stock reconciliation and resolve inventory discrepancies.

1. Order Picking

* Pick products according to customer orders.
- Verify SKU and quantity before moving orders for packing.
- Ensure picking is accurate and completed within the required time.

1. Packing & Dispatch

* Re-check picked items before packing.
- Pack products correctly according to SKU and order requirements.




- Apply the correct labels and securely seal packages.
- Handover packed orders to the delivery person with the correct order details.

1. Delivery Coordination

* Verify the Order ID and number of boxes before dispatch.
- Coordinate with delivery personnel regarding assigned orders.
- Assist in planning delivery routes for productive delivery.
- Ensure orders are dispatched on time and delivered to customers as quickly as possible.
- Maintain proper coordination between the warehouse and delivery team.

Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, store, dispatch, or delivery operations.
- Basic understanding of stock handling and counting.
- Ability to read and verify product/SKU details and invoices.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
- Good attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
- Physically fit and comfortable handling stock and working in a warehouse environment.
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
