Job Role
- Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls.
- Mostly handle outbound customer calls as per process requirements.
- Understand customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Maintain accurate call details in CRM/ticketing systems.
- Follow process guidelines, scripts and quality standards.
- Meet targets related to call quality, productivity and customer satisfaction.
Eligibility
Neutral English Voice
- Excellent spoken & written English with a neutral accent.
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
- International voice experience preferred.
Common Requirements
- 12th Pass / Any Graduate.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to work in night shifts.
