Laptop is mandatory for this role.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative YouTube trainee to join our team on an immediate basis. The candidate will gain hands-on experience in YouTube content operations, channel management, content performance, and audience engagement.

This is a 6-month traineeship program, with an opportunity to receive a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance during the traineeship.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Channel Growth & Operations: Assist in managing and growing YouTube channels; support content planning, publishing, and optimization.
- Trend & Competitor Research: Research trending topics, audience preferences, and competitor channels.
- Content Optimization & SEO: Assist with video titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, and SEO optimization.
- Analytics & Performance Tracking: Monitor video and channel performance through YouTube Analytics; track key metrics such as views, watch time, CTR, engagement, and subscriber growth.




- Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with content, creative, and video production teams.
- Strategy & Engagement: Identify opportunities to improve content reach and audience engagement; stay updated with YouTube trends, formats, and platform best practices.

REQUIREMENTS

- Education: Graduate or pursuing graduation in any relevant discipline.
- Passionate Interest: Strong interest in YouTube, digital content, and social media.
- Core Skills: Good communication and analytical skills with a creative mindset and an understanding of online content trends.
- Technical Aptitude: Basic knowledge of YouTube and YouTube Analytics will be an added advantage.
- Work Style: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Availability: Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.

Monthly Stipend: 15,000

Career Prospect: Based on performance, learning ability, and overall contribution, the candidate may be considered for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) upon successful completion of the traineeship.
