Job Summary

Cadila Pharmaceuticals Ltd. is hiring experienced Welder Helpers to support welding, pipeline fabrication, structural welding, and weld-joint preparation activities at its API manufacturing plant in Ankleshwar.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist welders during arc welding and argon welding activities.
- Arrange welding machines, cables, electrodes, and tools.
- Support weld-joint preparation, grinding, and cleaning.
- Help position and align pipes and structural materials.
- Handle and maintain welding tools and equipment.
- Support material handling and worksite preparation.
- Maintain housekeeping and follow PPE and plant safety requirements.




- Assist the welding team in completing work safely and efficiently.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Welder Helper or Welding Assistant.
- ITI or relevant technical qualification preferred.
- Experience in industrial fabrication, chemical, pharmaceutical, or API plants preferred.
- Basic knowledge of welding tools, electrodes, and grinders.

Employment Condition This is a direct company payroll (on-roll) position.
