Job Summary: Performs the following responsibilities in order to manage customers inquiries in terms of resolving them and recommending the optimal solution.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Must reply to consumer inquiries in Gujarati Language over dialer.

1. Have to be detailed oriented with the business to understand customers queries.
2. Need to escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issue/problems
3. Must be able to suggest improvement ideas that decrease time, improved accuracy or strengthen controls.
4. Maintain a record of customers interactions, and manage customers accounts.
5. Need to adhere to the communication protocols, regulations and guidelines.
6. Customers must be engaged and informed about the companys product offerings.
