Position: Airline Refunds Executive

Eligibility Criteria:

- IATA Certification (Mandatory)
- Freshers can apply
- Positive knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of airline fare rules, ticketing, and refund processes
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays as per business requirements

Key Responsibilities:

- Process airline ticket refunds accurately and within defined SLAs
- Review and validate refund requests as per airline policies and procedures
- Handle GDS transactions related to cancellations, exchanges, and refunds
- Coordinate with airlines and internal stakeholders for refund resolutions
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with airline guidelines and company policies
