Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats with excellent communication skills.

- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer issues in a blended environment.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals and objectives.

- Maintain high levels of product knowledge to effectively address complex customer queries.

- Meet performance targets set by the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-2 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre industry (voice/blended).

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably B.Tech Computers).

- Excellent communication skills in English; ability to work on night shifts (rotational).

- Solid problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
