- - We are hiring Telesales Executives for Home Credit to handle customer follow-ups and collection activities over calls. The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking in Hindi and willing to join immediately.
- Key Responsibilities
- • Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue payments
- • Follow up with customers and negotiate payment schedules
- • Ensure timely collection and resolution of outstanding dues
- • Maintain accurate records of calls and customer responses
- • Adhere to company policies and compliance guidelines
- Eligibility Criteria
- • Education: Intermediate / 12th Pass (Minimum)
- • Language: Hindi (Mandatory)
- • Experience: Min 06 minths experienced candidates can apply
- • Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
- Salary & Perks:
- • CTC: Up to 23,000
