Role & responsibilities
- Should be able to manage the day today planning, Operational challenges, problem-solving of team.
- Deliver SLA & KPI
- To ensure delivery of expected sales targets and set high-performance levels.
- Deliver the required volume of effective coaching.
- Attrition, Shrinkage, Roaster management.
- To supervise the workload of the team, allocating team members to optimize service provision and administrative support across the hours of the operation of the Contact Centre.
