Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to successful joining.
- Understand client requirements and effectively work on assigned Job Descriptions (JDs).
- Source relevant candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, qualifications, salary expectations, and notice period.
Location: Sovabazar, Kolkata Minimum 6 months of experience is required.
