- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.

- Understand job requirements and prepare suitable sourcing strategies.

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions.

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

- Follow up with candidates throughout the selection and joining process.

- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily hiring reports.

- Ensure timely closures and maintain a positive candidate experience.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 1+ year of experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment.

- Good understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment processes.

- Experience using job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.

- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a target-driven setting.
