- Counsel students on overseas education, courses, universities and country options.
- Handle leads through calls, WhatsApp and walk-ins; conduct regular follow-ups.
- Assess student profiles and recommend suitable programmes and universities.
- Assist with applications, documentation, admissions and visa coordination.
- Maintain lead and student records and achieve assigned targets.
- Participate in seminars, education fairs and college outreach activities.
- Stay updated on university admissions, scholarships and visa requirements.
- Target: 2 to 4 successful student conversions per month.
- Experience in cold calling and converting prospects into qualified leads.
Preferred candidate profile
- 3-7 years of experience in Overseas Education Counselling / Study Abroad / Student Recruitment.
- Strong communication, counselling, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Experience in cold calling, lead generation, follow-ups, and lead conversion.
- Good knowledge of international universities, courses, admissions, and visa processes.
- Target-oriented with solid customer-handling and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
