Role & Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.

- Manage bulk/mass hiring for Non-IT positions.

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.

- Screen candidates based on experience, skills, communication, and job requirements.

- Handle Banking/BFSI hiring and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

- Ensure timely closure of assigned hiring targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 13 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.

- Experience in Banking/BFSI hiring will be preferred.

- Strong experience in sourcing, screening, and mass hiring.

- Positive communication and candidate-handling skills.

- Target-oriented with the ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

- Experience in consultancy/recruitment agency hiring will be an added advantage. Role & responsibilities
