Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and review structural drawings, plans, and details for residential and commercial construction projects.

- Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, contractors, and site teams for structural works.

- Check structural drawings and ensure execution is as per approved designs and specifications.

- Monitor RCC works including foundation, columns, beams, slabs, and other structural elements.

- Review structural calculations, BOQs, BBS, and reinforcement details.

- Conduct site inspections and identify structural issues or deviations.

- Coordinate with consultants and contractors to resolve technical and structural issues.

- Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, quality standards, and safety requirements.

- Assist in preparing technical reports, measurements, and project documentation.

- Track project progress and provide regular updates to the management.

- Required Skills





- Good knowledge of RCC and structural construction practices.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of STAAD.Pro / ETABS will be an advantage.

- Understanding of structural drawings, BBS, reinforcement detailing, and BOQ.

- Positive knowledge of construction materials and methods.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to work at construction sites and coordinate with multiple teams.

Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering

- 2+ years of relevant experience in construction/structural engineering.

- Preferred Candidate

- Experience in residential/commercial construction projects.

- Candidates with immediate or short notice period preferred.

- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
