Designation: Senior Manager Sales Team Leader

Job Location: Navi Mumbai

Maximum Salary: 8.4 LPA

Department: Sales / BPO Operations

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Team Leader to manage and drive the performance of our BPO sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong team management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets in a call center environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage and lead a team of sales executives in an outbound calling process.
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and ensure business objectives are achieved.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, conversion rates, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct regular team huddles, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
- Provide training and guidance to team members to improve sales performance and customer engagement.
- Monitor calls to ensure quality standards and compliance with company policies.
- Analyse sales reports and prepare performance dashboards for management.




- Motivate team members to improve productivity and achieve individual and team targets.
- Handle escalations and implement action plans to improve overall team performance.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth sales operations.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of BPO sales and outbound calling processes.
- Robust understanding of sales targets, KPIs, and conversion metrics.

Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience in BPO / Call Center Sales.
- Experience in handling and managing sales teams.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Experience in outbound telesales, insurance sales, or other voice-based sales processes will be preferred.

Compensation Maximum CTC: 8.4 LPA
