Job Summary:

Mahadeva HVAC is looking for an experienced and technically proficient Senior HVAC Designer with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in HVAC system design, drafting, coordination, and execution support for commercial, residential, industrial, and other building projects.

The candidate will be responsible for developing HVAC design layouts, preparing detailed engineering drawings, performing heat load calculations, selecting HVAC equipment, coordinating with electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, and architectural teams, and ensuring that all designs comply with applicable standards, project specifications, and client requirements.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HVAC systems, proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant HVAC design tools, and the ability to independently handle design deliverables from concept development through construction and commissioning support.

Educational Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- A qualification in HVAC, refrigeration and air-conditioning, or mechanical building services is preferred.




- Relevant technical qualifications combined with strong practical HVAC design experience may also be considered.

REQUIRED SKILLS: Design office: Heat load calculations, HVAC layouts, equipment selection, and engineering.

MEP contracting: Shop drawings, site coordination, installation support, and quantity take-offs.

Industrial HVAC: Ventilation, process cooling, and specialized HVAC applications.

Must have the strong knowledge in all types of HVAC Systems.

Technical Skills Required

Coordination to Office team & ensured the all deliverables.

Clean rooms desings expert.

Guidance to the Design team.

AutoCAD 2D HVAC layouts, sections, schematics, and detailed drawings.

HVAC cooling load and heat load calculations.

Duct sizing and air distribution calculations.

HVAC equipment selection and scheduling.

Chilled-water and refrigerant piping design, as applicable.

Fresh air, ventilation, and exhaust system design.

HVAC material quantity take-offs.

MEP drawing coordination and clash resolution

Technical documentation and drawing revision management

ASHRAE standards and design guidelines.

SMACNA duct construction and installation standards.

National Building Code of India (NBC)

Energy Conservation Building Code (ECBC), where applicable

Applicable local building regulations, fire and life-safety requirements, and client specifications
