Key Responsibilities

- Drive primary and secondary sales all across North East.
- Manage and develop distributors and retail outlets.
- Ensure effective market coverage, beat planning and route execution.
- Expand distribution and increase product availability across the region.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Ensure proper implementation of trade promotions and company schemes.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers and key trade partners.
- Submit regular sales and competitor reports to the reporting manager.

What we are looking for
- Graduate with 1015 years of experience in FMCG sales.
- Experience in the North East market.
- Strong knowledge of distributor management, retail sales and market expansion.
- Valuable communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Should be target-oriented and capable of working independently.
