Interview Process: Walk-in Interview followed by an Offline Assessment Test.

SR. ARCHITECT-

- Design & Planning

Develop & review architectural concepts, layouts, elevations, sections & detailed drawings.

Ensure designs meet project requirements, applicable codes, regulations & client expectations.

- Approvals & Statutory Compliance

Ensure architectural works comply with applicable development control regulations, NBC, local authority requirements, project specifications,

UDCPR and Knowledge of local by-laws for sanction of project.

- Design & Documentation

Review & approve architectural working drawings, specifications & schedules before execution.
- Site Coordination

Conduct regular site inspections to verify that construction follows approved drawings & specifications.

Resolve architectural issues arising during construction.

Provide clarification/RFI responses to the PMC/contractor/site team.

- Client Coordination

Attend client meetings and present design/progress matters.

Maintain proper records of design decisions and approvals.
