Role & responsibilities

- Generate Home Loan (HL) and LAP business through direct field sourcing.
- Acquire new customers through market visits, referrals, and local networking.
- Achieve monthly login, sanction, and disbursement targets.
- Collect and verify customer documents as per company guidelines.
- Coordinate with Credit, Legal,



Technical, and Operations teams for smooth processing.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and generate repeat/referral business.
- Ensure compliance with KYC and company policies.
- Track leads and provide regular sales activity updates to management.

Preferred candidate profile

- A bachelors degree in a relevant field like Business Administration, PR, or a related area.
- 1-6 years of progressive experience in sales or relationship management within similar sector.
- Efficiency in the Regional spoken language is preferable.
