- Education: Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality is highly preferred.
- Experience: 4 - 8 years of total experience in restaurant operations, with at least 2 years as an ARM (Assistant Restaurant Manager) or RGM within an established QSR brand.
- Core Competencies: Business acumen, leadership, solid communication skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and comfort with rotational night shifts.
