Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare quantity take-offs from architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.

- Prepare and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and detailed quantity estimates.

- Handle client billing, including preparation and submission of RA bills.

- Prepare and verify subcontractor bills and certify quantities executed at site.

- Conduct rate analysis for various construction activities and materials.

- Prepare and maintain the Bill of Quantities, measurement sheets, and reconciliation statements.

- Monitor project quantities, costs, and budget variations.

- Identify deviations between BOQ quantities and actual site execution.

- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, planning teams, and clients regarding measurements and billing.

- Prepare extra item claims, variation statements, and quantity deviation reports.

- Maintain records of cement, steel, concrete, and other construction materials for reconciliation.

- Review drawings and specifications to identify quantity discrepancies.

- Ensure timely submission of client bills and settlement of subcontractor bills.
