Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain the schools public image and reputation.

- Build positive relationships with parents, students, staff, media, and external stakeholders.

- Handle parent enquiries, feedback, and communication professionally.

- Coordinate with the management and departments for school-related communications.

- Prepare press releases, announcements, newsletters, and other communication materials.

- Coordinate school events, functions, press meets, and promotional activities.

- Support the school’s admission and marketing activities through effective communication.

- Develop and maintain relationships with media, educational organizations, and community groups.

- Handle social media and public communication in coordination with the marketing team.

- Address public queries and ensure timely and appropriate responses.

- Collect feedback from parents and stakeholders and report important concerns to management.

- Represent the school professionally during events and external meetings.





- Maintain confidentiality and follow the school’s communication policies.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 2–5 years of experience in PR, communications, marketing, education, hospitality, or a similar role.

- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

- Good knowledge of social media and digital communication platforms.

- Strong writing, proofreading, and content-creation skills.

- Ability to handle parents and external stakeholders professionally.

- Valuable organizational and event-coordination skills.

- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with different departments.

- Experience working in a school or educational institution will be an added advantage.

- Knowledge of CBSE/IB school environments would be preferred.
